Full-Time Site Security/Concierge Role in London, E15

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our on-site team as a Concierge. The role involves inspiring and motivating team members, working with management to ensure smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Working Hours

Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, typically 7am - 7pm

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the concierge office under the supervision of a Relationship Manager
• Report issues to management (both on-site and at head office)
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs
• Manage key systems
• Maintain up-to-date resident contact details
• Serve as the first point of contact for deliveries, contractors, and visitors

Candidate Requirements

Ideal candidates will possess:

1. Commercial awareness, with attention to policies and procedures
2. Leadership qualities, leading by example and persuading others
3. Financial understanding, including budgets and statements
4. Knowledge of leases and tenancies law
5. Understanding of building repairs and maintenance strategies
