Internship contract (6 months)/ Glion London Campus, South West

As our Student Concierge & Facility Intern, you’ll be at the heart of student life; connecting people, solving problems, and making things happen. From first impressions at the front desk to behind-the-scenes coordination of campus facilities.

Your Role

What you’ll be doing:

• Champion student engagement through exciting events, integration programs, and community-building activities

• Be the welcoming face of the campus, greeting visitors, sharing information, and assisting with tours and private visits

• Respond to internal and external queries by phone and email with professionalism and warmth

• Support the student journey from day one, helping with arrivals, inductions, and check-ins

• Collaborate on events like Open Days and Recruitment Days alongside the Career & Internship team

• Gathering student feedback and responding to student needs

• Help manage campus operations by reporting maintenance issues and handling access cards

• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes

About You

You’re a people person with a passion for hospitality and student life. Whether you’ve got a bachelor’s in hospitality business, communications, public relations or equivalent experience, you know how to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships.
