Are you passionate about creating unforgettable student experiences and fostering a vibrant campus community? As our Student Concierge & Facility Intern, you’ll be at the heart of student life; connecting people, solving problems, and making things happen. From first impressions at the front desk to behind-the-scenes coordination of campus facilities. Your Role What you’ll be doing: Champion student engagement through exciting events, integration programs, and community-building activities Be the welcoming face of the campus, greeting visitors, sharing information, and assisting with tours and private visits Respond to internal and external queries by phone and email with professionalism and warmth Support the student journey from day one, helping with arrivals, inductions, and check-ins Collaborate on events like Open Days and Recruitment Days alongside the Career & Internship team Gathering student feedback and responding to student needs Help manage campus operations by reporting maintenance issues and handling access cards Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes You’re a people person with a passion for hospitality and student life. Whether you’ve got a bachelor’s in hospitality business, communications, public relations or equivalent experience, you know how to create memorable experiences and build lasting relationships. Here’s what you’ll bring to the table: A natural flair for community engagement and multicultural collaboration Top organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Creative thinking and a proactive attitude Strong communication and networking abilities Flexibility with your schedule and a can-do mindset Fluency in English, both written and spoken
