Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd. in Chesterfield is recruiting a Concierge to provide overnight contact and onsite presence out of hours, ensuring the safety of tenants and service users. The role supports sustainable operations within our supported accommodation services.

The successful candidate will uphold the Association's values, contribute to a positive culture, and be authorised to work in the UK. Salary £26,227.50 per annum, 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Overnight or out-of-hours security/concierge experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsocial hours and maintain a calm, professional presence.

• Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a

Concierge to join our Association. The Concierge will be based in our offices in

Chesterfield.

Purpose of the role

• To provide a point of contact overnight and an onsite presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS).
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.

dependent on experience for 37.5

hours per week,
