Job summary

Hoar Cross Hall is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome guests from arrival to departure in our luxury Staffordshire estate. You will assist with luggage, guide guests to rooms, and share information about the hotel and spa facilities to ensure memorable stays.

You will respond to guest requests, maintain public areas, and work closely with Reception and other teams. The role includes occasional reception duties and a strong focus on upselling spa and hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests.
• Keeping public areas tidy and replenished throughout the day.
• Coordinating with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

About the role

You’ll help create a warm welcome for our guests from arrival to departure. You’ll assist with luggage, show guests to their rooms and share information about our hotel and spa facilities. You’ll respond to guest requests, help keep public areas tidy and work closely with Reception and other teams to ensure every stay runs smoothly. You’ll also support Reception when needed.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

• Full-time - 40 hours per week
• Working 5 out of 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays
• £12.71 per hour
