Job summary

Hiddenwell in Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh, is seeking a Guest Sales Specialist to be the primary contact for new and existing guests, handling inquiries, processing bookings, and upholding high service standards to drive sales.

You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with shift patterns across mornings and weekends, using PMS software and Excel to schedule treatments, confirm bookings, and maintain guest records. Previous call centre or hospitality experience is desirable.

• Handling all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally.
• Processing bookings, schedule treatments, and guest dining arrangements.
• Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly.
• Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks, adhering to quality standards.
• Always providing excellent customer service.
• Driving sales and improving guest reservations.
• Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assisting other areas of the Central Reservations department as needed.

Salary Range: £26,353.17 - £35,953.17 (inclusive of commission)

About The Role

As Guest Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences

What We're Looking For

• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Additional Information

• Competitive commission structure with average on-target earnings of £800 per month
• Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
• Shifts: 0745-1615hrs / 0845-1715hrs / 0945-1825hrs
• Rolling shift pattern, including a 6-day working week, a 5-day working week and a 4-day working week
