Job summary

LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a Concept Account Manager to nurture relationships with Concept Garage customers, provide tailored support, and drive programme engagement. You will help independent garages grow through our exclusive network benefits and utilise your relationship-building skills to maximise revenue opportunities.

The role focuses on regular account reviews, virtual and in-person support, and strengthening partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers while maintaining strong knowledge

Qualifications

Previous Account Manager experience.
Ability to build relationships face-to-face and virtually.
Experience working to targets.
Some industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular account hygiene reviews for Concept customers.
Provide virtual support and in-person visits when required.
Identify revenue opportunities and help customers grow their businesses.
Develop positive, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Engage with suppliers and their field teams to support the account.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Concept products and services proposition.
