Travail-Employment-Group is recruiting for a Composite Laminator in Brackley to join a leading luxury automotive and Formula One supplier. The role involves hands-on carbon fibre laminating in a high-standard production environment, following drawings and route cards to deliver precision parts.

The position requires experience in automotive or motorsport laminating, familiarity with pre-preg and autoclave processes, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

Salary: GBP31200 - GBP35360 per annum + + Overtime and Shift Allowance

Composite Laminators - Experienced

Location: Brackley

Schedule: Permanent | Monday to Thursday, 16:30–02:30 and Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630

Salary: £32,240 - £34,320 per annum + 20% shift allowance for late shift

The Opportunity

Our client who are a leading manufacturing company working with luxury automotive and Formula One clients are expanding their Laminating Team. As part of the Laminating Team, you'll be involved in crafting high-precision carbon fibre components. This is a hands-on, high-standard role in a cutting-edge production environment and is open to experienced carbon fibre laminators only as this is not a trainee role.
