Our Vacancy We are looking for a proactive and organised Compliance Officer to join our Building Safety and Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is passionate about resident safety and delivering outstanding customer service. Working across key compliance areas including heating, water, lifts and electrical safety, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve and maintain 100% compliance while ensuring our residents remain safe in their homes.
As Compliance Officer, you will coordinate compliance servicing and maintenance programmes, monitor contractor performance, and maintain accurate safety and compliance records. You will support performance reporting and internal audits, investigate complaints, manage difficult access cases, and help identify opportunities for service improvement. The role also involves working closely with residents, contractors and colleagues to promote a strong culture of safety and ensure compliance activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience analysing and reporting data are essential. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of compliance-related services, safety regulations or contract management would be advantageous, along with experience handling complaints and delivering high levels of customer service.

This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 2 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months).
