Job summary

Selwood Housing is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to lead the operational delivery of our compliance programmes, ensuring homes remain safe and services compliant. You will oversee a team of Compliance Project Surveyors and Compliance Supervisors, manage contractor performance, and monitor budgets and KPIs.

• Level 5 or above in building / construction related qualification or equivalent experience/qualification.
• Leadership qualification CMI / ILM or equivalent level 3 or above.
• Extensive knowledge and experience within management of compliance programmes.
• Knowledge of current legislation, codes of practice and regulations relating to building and maintenance.

About the role As our Compliance Manager, you'll lead the delivery of compliance services that help keep our homes safe and compliant. • Level 5 or above in building / construction related qualification or equivalent experience/qualification. Relevant Leadership qualification CMI / ILM or equivalent level 3 or above. Extensive knowledge and experience within management of compliance programmes, Excellent construction/maintenance technical knowledge. Leadership skills to lead & motivate a range of teams of professional and support staff to deliver excellent services to our customers. Knowledge of current legislation, codes of practice and regulations relating to building and maintenance.
