In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inspections, servicing programmes, compliance records and certification, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and readily available.
Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and reliable administrator with experience in compliance, property or housing environments, who excels at coordinating inspections, tracking certification and managing stakeholder communications. They will possess exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently, ensuring compliance programmes run smoothly and all records, reports and documentation are maintained to the highest standard.
