You’ll be organised, able to manage a varied workload in a fast‑paced environment, and experienced using IT systems. You’ll bring a proactive approach, using your initiative to solve problems, support vulnerable residents where needed, and contribute to continuous improvement. A team‑focused attitude, resilience, and a passion for putting customers first are essential.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a professional, responsive, and high‑quality service across phone, email, and digital channels. Working as part of a team, you’ll manage a wide range of enquiries, including repairs, ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining accurate records. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience, supporting service improvements, and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to meet customer needs.
This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours a week, the current opening hours of the Customer Service Centre are 8am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to carry out your contracted hours within these opening times.

This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 3 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months).
