Cambridge Housing Society (CHS) is recruiting for a role responsible for asset compliance across housing sites in Cambridgeshire. You will oversee fire safety, gas, electrical and legionella testing, while leading contracts and managing responsive repairs and planned programmes.
The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and embedding best practice. The successful candidate will have proven contract management experience, strong financial and building safety awareness, and excellent IT
Minimum of 1 day per week at Head Office, plus site visits at other CHS sites around Cambridgeshire
The right candidate will be a highly motivated person capable of achieving high levels of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in a housing setting.
You will be responsible for overseeing the full range of asset compliance including fire safety, gas, electric and legionella testing as well as be involved in embedding best practice and risk management.
This role also combines compliance with managing CHS' technical contracts; therefore, you will also lead a team in overseeing responsive repairs and a planned programmes, whilst ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers at all times.
