Job summary

Matthew Clark Ltd is seeking a Depot Administrator to manage day-to-day depot administration, Health & Safety, Compliance, Facilities and Continuous Improvement activities, ensuring legal and company requirements are met. You will support the Team Leader with contractor management, compliance monitoring, reporting and delivering a safe, efficient working environment.

• Proven experience in warehousing, logistics or FMCG operations.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Team Leader with contractor bookings, access, and communication.
• Maintain compliance records, safety logs, and audit readiness.
