Job summary

EMR Group is seeking a proactive Depot Coordinator to provide unrivalled support to depot staff, management, customers and suppliers across multiple sites in the UK. You will be organized, hands-on and customer-focused, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely information flow.

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Able to coordinate day-to-day activities and support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for contractors/suppliers and maintain relationships.
• Cover weighbridge duties as required.
• Plan and forecast repairs/defects/equipment orders.
• Develop and maintain records/scanning for plant and equipment.
• Lead data analysis and report defects to management.
• Coordinate key reports and databases.
• Schedule resources and training for operations.
• Support new starter inductions.
• Record and communicate meeting minutes and actions.
• Ensure invoices are processed per EMR procedures and policies.
• Raise purchase orders and monitor spend against budgets.
