Job summary

Matthew Clark is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive cost efficiency, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver customer service excellence across our distribution centre. You will manage a shift, support the Warehouse Operations Manager, and lead a small team to meet plans and KPI targets while maintaining stock accuracy and safe working conditions.

The role is based in the UK and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-moving FMCG logistics

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-moving logistics environments.
• Experience in FMCG or logistics management.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to manage and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the usage of labour and adjust plans to cover tasks.
• Ensure inbound/outbound goods meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Investigate variances with corrective actions.
• Achieve quality targets while meeting productivity targets.
• Proactively communicate with internal customers and teams on operational issues.
• Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager in monthly reporting and planning.
