A leading housing association in the UK is seeking a Compliance Business Lead for Water Hygiene and Asbestos. This full-time, permanent role focuses on ensuring compliance with legal standards, developing governance frameworks, and managing audits. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge and relevant qualifications in water hygiene and asbestos management, alongside proven compliance management experience. As our Compliance Business Lead for Water Hygiene and Asbestos, you'll act as the subject matter expert, embedding legislative requirements across the business and providing strategic guidance to colleagues and stakeholders.
You'll develop and maintain robust governance frameworks, monitor legislative changes, and ensure our policies and procedures reflect best practice. From managing audits and assurance to overseeing contractors and investigating non-compliance, you'll make sure our approach is proactive, consistent, and customer-focused.
Salary up to £53,286 plus car allowance, generous annual leave, healthcare cash plan, and pension. This is a full-time, permanent roaming role based at one of our main offices: Lichfield, Wolverhampton, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury.
