Our client, a leading independent Insurance Broker specializing in commercial Insurance, is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join their team in Leicester.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within complaints and investigation handling and will be confident in providing advisory services by supporting the operational requirements of the business.

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience as a Compliance Analyst within a broking environment
• Demonstrable experience with logging and reporting breaches, managing complaints, conducting thorough reviews of customer documentation, and approving financial promotions
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Industry accreditation (CII/ICA) is desirable
