A leading compliance support firm in the UK is seeking an Assistant Compliance Administrator to enhance their team. This remote role involves managing client data, supporting data management during busy filing periods, and assisting with business administration tasks. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills and be confident using Microsoft 365 software. The position offers flexible working arrangements with occasional office visits in London.
Our client, who provide compliance support to a range of firms all over the UK, is looking for an Assistant Compliance Administrator join their team.
This role plays a key part in supporting both the data management process during client filing periods and broader business administration tasks throughout the year. The filing periods are busy and fast-paced, so we're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident in communicating clearly under pressure.
You will be helping the team stay on track by managing schedules, client data and internal tools, making a real difference to how smoothly things run day to day.
This is a remote role however you would be required to attend the office in London at least once per quarter for team meetings.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
