Job summary

Haven is seeking a Park & Financial Safety Advisor in Pwllheli to ensure safety and financial compliance across the park and support guest and owner service excellence.

You will coach park teams, manage risk and COSHH assessments, and collaborate with external bodies to maintain regulatory standards and drive savings and efficiency.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely certification required or preferred.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene preferred.
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and risk assessment processes.
• Experience with financial audits and stock control is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coach park teams to uphold safety and financial compliance.
• Ensure qualifications and inductions for staff and contractors are up to date.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and compliance checks.
• Oversee inspections for statutory assets and fleet vehicles for legal compliance.
• Support investigations and compile detailed incident reports.
• Conduct internal audits on financial controls and safety protocols.
• Deliver coaching on safety, stock, and financial compliance processes.
