Job summary

Haven in Exmouth is seeking a Security Team Member to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, owners and team members. Join our 24-hour security operation and help create a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere across the park.

As an SIA Door Supervisor licensed professional, you will patrol the park, manage access, respond to incidents, keep detailed incident records and assist guests with queries. Shift work includes nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA DS license.
• Previous experience in a security role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• High attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the park to ensure safety for guests, owners and team.
• Assist in park access control, permitting only authorised individuals.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and medical emergencies.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly guest assistance and information.

As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll be at the heart of creating a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and team members.
