Salary: £26,250 - £34,650 per annum
The post holder will be part of the Insight Platform, Young People's Service, working with young people facing alcohol-related problems, mental health issues, and complex needs, including drugs, psychological issues, anti-social behaviour, self-harm, or other co-existing needs. The role involves improving access to treatment services and providing interventions such as 1:1 support and group work.
You will bring a creative approach and a willingness to build a successful, dynamic team focused on delivering excellence and a high-quality service to enhance the reputation of Waythrough. You will work seamlessly within professional partnerships to deliver outstanding services. An engaging communicator, you will have experience working in a similar or NHS setting managing a team with clients facing substance misuse issues and/or complex needs.
