Job summary

Top Tier Talentees is recruiting a Support Worker for Complex Care (LD & Mental Health) across multiple locations in the Midlands and the North and South. The role involves providing person-centred support in clients’ own homes and communities, using PBS and safe intervention when needed, and coordinating with a dedicated team to meet daily living goals.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with learning disabilities and mental health, de-escalation skills, and experience in high-ratio

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
• Experience with de-escalation and safe physical intervention strategies.
• Experience with intensive 1:1 or higher-ratio support in community or supported-living settings.

Responsibilities

• Providing consistent, person-centred support in the individual's own home and community.
• Using positive behaviour support, de-escalation and, where trained and necessary, physical intervention.
• Supporting daily living, activities, routines and wellbeing.
• Recording incidents and daily notes accurately and working closely with the wider team.
