The people you'll support have learning disabilities and/or mental health conditions and can show high levels of behaviour that challenges. Many have experienced placement breakdowns elsewhere. This is demanding work, and it suits people who already have experience of it and want to make a real difference.

  • Harrogate, North Yorkshire (HG3) This is a rural service, so a driver is strongly preferred.
  • Doncaster (DN4)
  • Southampton (SO15) Female applicants only

Due to the nature of the personal care involved, the Dudley posts are open to male applicants only and the Southampton posts to female applicants only. These are occupational requirements under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.

What you'll be doing:
  • Providing consistent, person-centred support in the individual's own home and community
