Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Coordinator to plan and roster care staff, ensuring nurses and carers attend shifts and deliver quality care day to day. The role is office-based on the outskirts of Brighton, with occasional travel to Essex to meet clients and families.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing.
• Problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
• Previous coordination experience in complex care or domiciliary care.
• Right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and roster care staff into shifts.
• Organise rotas a month in advance for complex care clients.
• Build strong relationships with staff (carers and nurses) and with clients.
• Obtain staff availability and communicate with staff and clients professionally.
• On-call responsibility.
