Job summary

Interserve Healthcare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a 16-year-old with a spinal injury in the Aylesbury area. You will assist with overnight care, following the care plan and ensuring comfort and safety. A car driver is required due to the location.

Full training is provided, with paid induction and career progression into leadership roles. DBS costs are covered, and many local perks and discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a complex care setting.
• Experience with catheter care and bowel management.
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care in line with the care plan.
• Support all aspects of care for a 16-year-old with a spinal injury.
• Deliver care including catheter care, bowel management, medication administration and safe moving & handling.

The client lives at home and we are looking for someone to support and assist with all aspects of care. We are looking for kind caring and compassionate individuals!

The client has a multitude of complex clinical needs where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes:

• Catheter Care
• Bowel Management
• Medication Administration
• Specialist Moving & Handling
