Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen (CCA), part of City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a spinal cord injury client at home in Aylesbury. You will be friendly, reliable and eager to learn; full nurse-led training is provided.

Free DBS check, full training and paid induction, with clear career progression and family-friendly policies. Shifts include 20 hours per week with day and waking night coverage.

Qualifications

• You don’t need complex care experience; nurse-led training will be provided.
• Care, compassion and resilience are essential.
• Good communication and reliability are important.

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting.

The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
