Job summary

CCH (Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH) is seeking a compassionate driver to assist a 16-year-old with a spinal injury in the Aylesbury area. You will provide overnight care, following a detailed care plan and ensuring dignity and safety at all times.

The role involves bowel management, medication administration, and moving & handling. Willingness to work nights and to travel to the client’s home is essential. DBS check offered and full induction provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex care setting is advantageous.
• Experience with catheter care and bowel management.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care for a 16-year-old with spinal injury in the client’s home.
• Support all aspects of daily care in line with the care plan.
• Deliver care with compassion, kindness and reliability.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to assist a 16 year old girl in the Aylesbury area with a spinal injury.

The client lives at home and we are looking for someone to support and assist with all aspects of care. We are looking for kind caring and compassionate individuals!

The client has a multitude of complex clinical needs where you will deliver overnight care in line with the care plan which includes:

• - Bowel Management
• - Medication Administration
• - Specialist Moving & Handling

Qualifications

Experience in the following would make your application more advantageous:

• Experience working in a complex care setting.
• Experience with catheter care and bowel management.
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
• You will need to be a car driver due to the location.
