Job summary

CCH Group in Aylesbury is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting. You’ll provide compassionate care, assist with daily routines, and work as part of a nurse-led team.

Training is provided, with no prior complex care experience required. Strong communication and reliability are essential as you’ll help the client maintain independence and dignity in daily life.

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a spinal cord injury in a home-based setting.

The client has a great sense of humour and enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, and engaging in conversation with staff. Someone who is personable, reliable, and shares similar interests would be ideal. Good communication skills are essential, and while experience in complex care is preferred, training can be provided for the right person.
