Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant for New Romney to support a gentleman with acquired brain injury at his home. The role covers day and night shifts on a set rota, with comprehensive training provided and DBS checks required.

You will assist with clinical tasks, plan activities, and help the client maintain independence, including driving the mobility vehicle as needed. An equal opportunities employer offering full UK rights to work.

Complex Care Assistant – New Romney

About the client: Support a gentleman with an acquired brain injury from the comfort of his own home.This client loves to go out on a walk, come rain or shine! Their favourite TV program is Futurama however they also love any genre of film. You must have a great sense of humour as this client loves to laugh. It is also a great bonus if you like to play online games or board games.

• Location: New Romney




• Shift Pattern: 8 hour day shifts or 12 hour night shifts




• Client Focus: One client per shift




• Rota: Set rota with optional overtime

All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care - preparing you confidently for your first shift.
