Since 2006, we’ve supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. Now, we’re expanding and we’d love to welcome you to our compassionate and committed care community.
You will work closely with our client’s family, providing compassionate, person-centred care and observations throughout the night. The role will involve supporting her personal care needs, monitoring her wellbeing while she sleeps, and assisting with her evening and morning routines to ensure she is comfortable, safe, and well-supported. Due to her sleep apnoea, you will also be responsible for carrying out regular observations and remaining vigilant to any changes in her condition throughout the night.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area, helping to promote their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Location: Deal & nearby areas
Shift Pattern: 12 hour nights
Client Focus: One client per shift
Rota: Set rota with optional overtime
All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care — preparing you confidently for your first shift.
