Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a young lady in Deal during 12-hour night shifts. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care, monitor wellbeing during sleep, assist with evening and morning routines, and perform regular observations due to sleep apnoea to keep her safe and comfortable.

Working with one client per shift, you will join a supportive team and undergo a week-long fully funded training program with ongoing clinical supervision from nurses

Qualifications

• Over 6 months of recent care experience.
• Full UK driving license with your own vehicle.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Commitment to 2x12 hour shifts per week.
• Ideally experience with Bipap and Oxygen.

Complex Care Assistant (Wake Nights)

£15 – £17 per hour

Superior Healthcare is looking for dedicated Carers, Support Workers, and Clinical Care Assistants to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will support a young lady in Deal, helping to enhance her overall wellbeing and quality of life.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our client’s family, providing compassionate, person-centred care and observations throughout the night. The role will involve supporting her personal care needs, monitoring her wellbeing while she sleeps, and assisting with her evening and morning routines to ensure she is comfortable, safe, and well-supported. Due to her sleep apnoea, you will also be responsible for carrying out regular observations and remaining vigilant to any changes in her condition throughout the night.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area, helping to promote their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

• Location: Deal & nearby areas

• Shift Pattern: 12 hour nights

• Client Focus: One client per shift

• Rota: Set rota with optional overtime

All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program. You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care — preparing you confidently for your first shift.
