Job summary

Superior Healthcare in Crawley is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support to clients living at home with complex health needs. You will assist with personal care, monitor clinical needs, and work with our nurses to implement care plans during waking nights and day shifts.

The role offers ongoing training, a supportive team, and opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of young adults and adults with complex care requirements in a community setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Full UK driving license not essential, but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
  • Follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
  • Prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise safeguarding concerns.
  • Provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, seizure management and PEG feeding.

We’re now looking for a Complex Care Assistant to support our clients in Crawley.

About the Role

You’ll provide one‑to‑one support, helping our clients live well at home while ensuring their clinical needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Seizure management
  • PEG feeding
  • Manual handling
  • Administering medication

This is a great opportunity for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with young adults who have complex needs.

Shifts
  • Waking Nights, 20:00 – 08:00
  • Day Shifts, 08:00 – 20:00

Additional shifts may be available locally for those open to flexible working.

What You Need
