Job summary

We are CCH Group, part of Advantage Healthcare, recruiting for a Complex Care carer in Catford, Lewisham. You will join a dedicated team supporting a child with complex clinical needs, delivering personal care and helping manage daily life.

We seek compassionate carers with experience in complex care, including tracheostomy care, medication administration, and moving and handling. Full training and DBS coverage are provided, with clear progression into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Tracheostomy management experience is required.
• Medication administration experience needed.
• Moving & Handling equipment knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with medications for a child with complex needs.

Job Description

What you'll do

The client is a child who has a multitude of complex clinical needs. On your day-to-day we're looking for a kind and compassionate carer to join our existing team in supporting the child's overall well being.

We require you to support them with your personal care, support with medication administration, monitor and management of their tracheostomy and general domestic duties.

Qualifications

Experience in complex care is essential for this position, inclusive of the following:

• Tracheostomy Management (Inclusive of changes)
• Bowel Monitoring
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
