Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd (CCH) is recruiting for a Complex Care carer based in Catford to support a child with complex clinical needs. You will provide compassionate personal care, assist with medication administration, and monitor the child’s tracheostomy as part of a dedicated care team.

Full training is provided, with DBS checks covered; career growth opportunities exist within CCH's national network of care professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is essential.
• Tracheostomy management is required (including changes).
• Medication administration and bowel monitoring may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Support a child with complex clinical needs in daily care.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration.
• Monitor tracheostomy and assist with general domestic duties.

What you'll do

The client is a child who has a multitude of complex clinical needs. On your day-to-day we're looking for a kind and compassionate carer to join our existing team in supporting the child's overall well being.

We require you to support them with their personal care, support with medication administration, monitor and management of their tracheostomy and general domestic duties.

Qualifications

Experience in complex care is essential for this position, inclusive of the following:

• Tracheostomy Management (Inclusive of changes)
• Bowel Monitoring
• Medication Administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment.
