Job summary

City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking care professionals to provide in-home support for a young child in Basildon during waking nights (8pm–8am). You will ensure safety and comfort in the family home, with a focus on reliable, compassionate care.

Training will be provided for clinical interventions, including tracheostomy care. The role requires punctuality, consistency and a friendly, professional approach to the client and family.

Qualifications

• Must be committed, consistent and professional at all times.
• Experience with tracheostomies is the key clinical requirement for interview eligibility.

What you’ll do

Working in the family home of a young child, you will make a real difference in providing care and support to this family by ensuring the safety and comfort of their child. There is a pet dog in the home.

This is a very important and rewarding role that requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional.We are seeking a care professional who is punctual, reliable and will provide consistency for our client.

The key tasks with this role include:

• Tracheostomy care
• PEG feed support
• Suction
• Personal care
• Administration of medication
• Clinical observations

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone who is fully committed, consistent and will remain professional at all times.

The only clinical requirement that you will need to be successfully offered an interview is to have experience with tracheostomies, preferably a paediatric care background, otherwise full training will be provided for the other clinical interventions involved in this package.
