EPAM Systems in London is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover on a hybrid basis. You will oversee UK and Ireland rewards, benefits and perks, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

You will partner with payroll, HR operations and internal teams to develop market-aligned benefits, conduct benchmarking and audits, and communicate programmes clearly across the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Compensation and Benefits specialist.
• Experience in HR operations and best practices.
• Knowledge of full hiring lifecycle and employment rules.
• Hands-on use of HR software and data analysis.
