Job summary

Creideas is seeking a Compensation Associate to join its Global Corporate Compensation team on a maternity-cover basis. The role spans firmwide functions, offering exposure to compensation strategy, governance and delivery, with a focus on analysis and practical guidance.

Working in a high-profile financial services environment, you will support offers, promotions and budgeting, deliver models and senior-ready recommendations, and collaborate with HR partners to maintain competitive pay

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, compensation or finance with strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation activity across new hire offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocation, forecasting and retention of key talent.
• Analyse business and compensation challenges, identify root causes and develop clear, commercially focused solutions.
• Produce compensation models, analysis and senior-ready recommendations to support effective decision-making.
• Advise HR business partners on compensation practices, policies and processes.
• Monitor external market conditions and pay practices to help maintain competitive and effective compensation programmes.
• Translate regulatory and governance requirements into practical guidance, procedures and stakeholder materials.
• Contribute to EMEA, regional and country-specific compensation activity, including year-end planning.
• Support firmwide policy reviews, process improvements, systems development and reporting enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency, sustainability and the appropriate use of AI.
