Job summary

Creideas is seeking a Compensation Associate to join a high-profile Corporate Compensation team on a maternity-cover basis in London. You will provide analysis, guidance and practical support on compensation strategy and governance across firmwide functions.

You will analyse market data, build models and present senior-ready recommendations to HR partners and business leaders, ensuring compliant processes and efficient delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, compensation or finance with strong data-management skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to partner with HR colleagues, business stakeholders and senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation activity across new hire offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocation, forecasting and retention of key talent.
• Analyse business and compensation challenges, identify root causes and develop clear, commercially focused solutions.
• Produce compensation models, analysis and senior-ready recommendations to support effective decision-making.
• Advise HR business partners on compensation practices, policies and processes.
• Monitor external market conditions and pay practices to help maintain competitive and effective compensation programmes.
• Translate regulatory and governance requirements into practical guidance, procedures and stakeholder materials.
• Contribute to EMEA, regional and country-specific compensation activity, including year-end planning.
• Support firmwide policy reviews, process improvements, systems development and reporting enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency, sustainability and the appropriate use of AI.
