Sage is seeking a Global Compensation Advisor in Newcastle on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will partner with Reward, People and Finance to provide expert pay guidance, support programmes and drive equitable decisions. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the Newcastle office and 2 from home.
You will influence leaders, manage end-to-end cases, apply job evaluation methods, and contribute to annual reward activities and governance improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team at the centre of Sage's global reward operations. You'll partner with teams across Reward, People, Finance and the wider business to provide expert compensation guidance, support key reward programmes and help drive equitable pay decisions that support our colleagues and business objectives.
At Sage we have a hybrid working pattern - candidates must be able to work in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
