You'll partner with teams across Reward, People, Finance and the wider business to provide expert compensation guidance, support key reward programmes and help drive equitable pay decisions that support our colleagues and business objectives. At Sage we have a hybrid working pattern - candidates must be able to work in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home. This role is a 12 month fixed term contract. What will you be doing?
