Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Talent Manager in London to shape talent strategy across succession planning, development and global programmes. You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent reviews, risk assessment, and development planning while leveraging data and AI to improve decisions.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence in London three days a week with two days remote. You will lead projects end-to-end, build scalable frameworks, and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable

Responsibilities

  • Use talent data and insights to identify risks, inform decisions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Drive the activation of development plans through coaching, mentoring, assessments, targeted development, and talent mobility opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, influencing stakeholders and providing expert guidance on talent strategy and development.
  • Lead talent projects from design through to implementation, ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact.
  • Continuously improve talent frameworks, tools, and processes by combining internal insight with external best practice.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI to improve talent decision-making, reporting, and organisational capability.

Job description

As part of the Talent Centre of Excellence within the People function, the Senior Talent Manager plays a key role in shaping Sage's talent agenda. You'll help ensure the right talent is ready for the right opportunities by driving succession planning, talent development, and strategic talent initiatives that support business growth.

At Sage we have a hybrid working pattern - candidates must be able to work in the London office 3 days a week and 2 from home.

What you'll do
