Vets for Pets in North Tyneside is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our reception team. This full-time role focuses on greeting clients, booking appointments and supporting the clinical team with care and compassion for pets and their owners.

We value excellent communication and a friendly, professional manner. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is welcome but not essential; we’ll provide full training for first-class client service in a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception experience encouraged but not essential.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work across three long shifts.

Responsibilities
