Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a Part Time Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and related needs in supported living settings and in the community. You'll join a values-led team, with training and development opportunities, a guaranteed supportive environment, and a guaranteed hourly rate of £12.96.

The role offers progression paths including Care Certificate and apprenticeships and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care and daily tasks.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Report and record health and wellbeing issues accurately.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
