Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting a Nights Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and related needs in supported living and community settings. You will follow individual care plans, support daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain accurate records.

This role offers a values-led culture, learning and development opportunities, and an hourly rate of £12.89 (approx. £24,130.08 per year for a 36-hour week).

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Help keep service users safe, safeguarding their welfare and wellbeing.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, and personal care.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
