Eden Futures in Heywood, United Kingdom, is seeking Support Workers to join our team across supported living services, in people’s own homes and in the community. You’ll help individuals live as independently as possible, guided by their wishes and assessed care plans.

We prioritise values, offer learning and development opportunities and promote career growth. We pay £13.45 per hour, which equates to about £29,374.80 per year for a 42-hour week; pro-rata for actual hours worked.

Responsabilités

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, participating in the development of plans where applicable.
• Support individuals to stay safe, safeguarding their welfare and protecting them from abuse.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, daily tasks, personal care and health needs.
• Report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and protect the welfare of others.
