Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers across our Supported Living services in Scunthorpe and surrounding areas, delivering care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in their homes and the community. Roles are full time with a salary shown for illustration only (£12.71/hour, ~£27,758.64/year at 42h/week, pro rata based on hours).

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; we recruit based on values.
• Commitment to helping people live independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop in care roles.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life.
• Keep people safe and safeguard welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with daily tasks, finances, medication, and personal care.
• Be a point of contact for families and social workers.
