Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers for a Supported Living service supporting a young man with learning disabilities. The role includes a 36-hour day shift, with potential sleep-ins and an additional allowance for sleep-in duties.

The charity offers a competitive hourly rate (£13.12), a guaranteed contracted hours arrangement, and a range of benefits including a pension, DBS paid by us, flexible hours, and 28 days annual leave pro-rata for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans.
• Excellent communication with the person supported and the team.

Responsibilities

• Support a young man with learning disabilities in a supported living setting.
• Deliver person-centred care and daily living assistance.
• Attend to shifting patterns including day shifts and potential sleep-ins.
