Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking a Support Worker to provide compassionate care across a range of settings within the social care sector, from elderly care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and more complex needs.

You’ll join a compassionate team with flexible shifts, weekly pay with competitive rates (£12.21–£17.50 per hour), and access to our Workwise app, industry-leading training, and funded qualifications to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old with the right to work in the UK.
• Good level of English and ability to communicate effectively.
• Clear enhanced DBS (to be applied for on registration).

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving.
• Provide meal preparation and general companionship.
• Assist with daily activities as per care plans and support independence.
