Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, participating in care plans
• Support individuals to stay safe and safeguard their welfare
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, personal care and healthcare
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers
• Accurately report and record health and wellbeing issues
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare
