Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Life/Night Practitioner to support adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily activities, assist mobility, and join clients on community trips, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and helping progression of others
• Strong teamwork abilities and collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy and basic digital competence
• Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services or willingness to obtain it

Responsibilities

• Provide practical support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs
• Assist with daily activities and promote independent living
• Accompany individuals on community outings and activities
• Support in daily routines and mobility as required
