Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited is seeking a Life Practitioner for Suillean House in Heckington to support individuals with severe learning disabilities in daily tasks and community activities. You will contribute to helping residents live fulfilling, independent lives with compassionate, person-centred care.

The role offers opportunities to progress through a competency framework, with pay progression across levels and a range of benefits including DBS funding and vehicle-use where required.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others progress.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Resilient and able to ask for support when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy and comfort with basic tech.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs in daily activities.
• Assist and accompany individuals on community trips and activities.
• Contribute to independent living goals and personal development.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of people we support during shifts.
